Following are the Highlights of the recent Campus Placements which were conducted in the month of Feb – March 2011 for freshly qualified Chartered Accountants.

1. Highest salary offered for International posting in the Campus Placement Programme is $ 120,000 -150,000 p.a. (INR 5486412.00 to INR 6858015.00000, 1USD=45.72010 INR).
2. Highest salary offered for Domestic posting in the Campus Placement Programme is Rs. 13.92 Lacs per annum.
3. The minimum salary paid was Rs 3.27 Lacs per annum.
4. The average salary offered was Rs. 6.75 Lacs per annum. (This figure  has been computed taking into account salaries offered to both Domestic and International Placements)
5. Total 1902 candidates have participated in phase I interviews and 4963 candidates have participated in phase II interviews after merger of candidates from smaller centres. In all 5375 candidates registered for availing the services of Campus Placement Programme.
6. Around 1876 jobs were offered to the candidates who participated in Campus Placement Programme.
7. In all 34.90% of registered candidates were offered jobs.
8. 1663 candidates accepted the job offers.
9. 111 entities including the Corporate Organizations and the CA Firms have participated during the Campus Placement Programme.
10. 223 Interview Panels have participated during this Campus Placement Programme
11. ICICI Bank recruited the maximum number of candidates offering Rs. 9 Lakhs per annum to 1^st Attempt CA’s.
