Is it a rule that something which is exempt in the hands of the employee is always taxable to the employer?
No Sanmitra, it is no so.
Its not in every condition but yes there is certian Income which are taxable in the hands of Employer whereas exempt in the hands of Employee. If u have doubt in regrads of any ...u can ask here...
