while calculating loss of income from a let out property, can i deduct the 'maintence charges paid to housing society' from the net rental income. as i understand i can deduct municipal taxes. so along with it can i deduct the maintence charges paid to housing society. kindly clarify

sorry, I am bit confused. as i understand, i can deduct municipal taxes from GAV to get NAV. and i can get 30% Standard deduction of NAV. so my question is can I deduct 'maintence charges paid to housing society' along with municpal taxes from GAV to get NAV.
