We maintain Part I , Part II and PLA in Original and Duplicate Copy. For Original to submit in Range and keep Duplicate copy for Excise audit purpose. But there is No Manadatory Rules to submit and Now Range Office Denied to accept such Original Copies. .........................................
Our question is --- If we continue the maintain of above documents in Original Copy but not Duplicate copy Then there is any question will be arrised from Audit that why we maintained Original copy only. -------------
