Client wants to send his machinery for repair purpose to another state, say- Noida to gurgaon.
What are the complainces to be made for that like: intimation to the Department for the same is necessary?

No intimation is required to the department. Machinery can be sent on challan.
The service tax payble on repair charges are eligible for cenvat.

if cenvat credit taken on capital goods, then one have to intimate the juridictional assisstant comm regarding the nature and job worker. and return the same within 180 days of removal.
