Machinery for repairs

No intimation is required to the department. Machinery can be sent on challan.

The service tax payble on repair charges are eligible for cenvat.

if cenvat credit taken on capital goods, then one have to intimate the juridictional assisstant comm regarding the nature and job worker. and return the same within 180 days of removal.
