M law

Friends in M Law, at the end of every example it was given like  "[Birdichand v. Harakchand, AIR 1940 Nagpur 211] or  [Cox v. Hickman, (1860) HLC 268]

or [Govind Nair v. Maga (1948) 1 Madras 343]. What are they? What is the meaning of them?  Do we have to remember them for CPT or IPCC ?

These are the decided case laws on the respective issues. you dont need to remember them at cpt level

they are case studies

u need not do them atleat at cpt level
u should ignore them

best of luck

cheers

Thank you friends, but, are they to be remembered at IPCC level?

dont worry about ipcc now.

you dont need to remember all the cases but few of them which are of more significant and popular.
