Dear Friends,

I would like to know which date would be the effective date of appointment when m.d is reappointed

by circular resolution.

Is form 23 needed when board resolution is passed or when his appointment is confirmed.

The effective date of appointment shall be mentioned in the Resolution it shall be the effective date of appointment.

Form 23 is to be filed withing 30 days of the date of RESOLUTION

Form 25C is to be filed withing 90 days of the date of APPOINTMENT.
