Lost advanced tax BSR code and challan number
I have lost the BSR code and challan number of the advanced tax paid earlier.
Is there any way where I can get those details from?

Download Annual Tax Statament u/s 203AA from https://tin.nsdl.com/
you can approach the bank where you paid the tax and get details from them on proving your identity.
