I am a resident Indian, and I have incurred long term capital gain tax on debt mutual funds.
Capital gain tax value with indexation( @ 20%) in higher than without indexation ( @ 10%)
As a resident Indian Can I choose to pay tax without indexation?
Or this option is only available to non resident Indian.
