Long Term Equity Loss
Dear Members,
My Question : I had booked Long-term loss in a listed equity shares and the loss had been carried forward, Now can I book Long-term profit on Unquoted equity shares of Pvt. Ltd. Co. and Can Adjust the same with the carried forward loss on listed equity shares ??
Please Guide….

Long term capital loss on equity shares on which STT has been paid at the time of sales, can not be carried forward.
