only SGST applicable for AMC not coming under CGST ya?
GST is at 18% which will be split into 9% for CGST and 9% for SGST
Good morning sir,, Can we take input credit for cess amount. plz explain me sir if we take.. becoz I am not aware this.. we have some confusion about cess, whether it's we can take or not. we are buying coal for this bill he is charging cess for us.
please do explain what you are buying and what does the bill holds for...
we are buying steam coal
Supplier mentioned RS. 400 per MT as cess. whether we can take credit for that?
