Form - 8  Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Rule, 2009 contains the Balance Sheet ,Income Expenditure Statement, Annexure require to attached with Form - 8 and Certificate by the designated partner of the auditor.

Can any one suggest the correct format of balance sheet to be used for annual accounts of LLP. Please elucidate whether normal commercial business balance sheet would be enough or schedule 6 of companies act to be used?
