Respected Members

After filling form 15 for shifting of LLP address in same city and same ROC, we need to file supplymentary agreement in form-3.

My question is , should we again need to pay stamp duty on supplimentary agreement.

Also share consent letter for change in address and supplymentary agreement format.

Yes prepare supplementary deed ( pay stamp duty ) and file form 3

How to calculate amount of stamp duty. since we have already paid the same during initial agreement.

No. Stamp duty shall be payable, if you are increasing the Contribution. In case of change in address of LLP, simply make Supplement deed on Rs. 100 stamp paper. That's enough.
