After filling form 15 for shifting of LLP address in same city and same ROC, we need to file supplymentary agreement in form-3.
My question is , should we again need to pay stamp duty on supplimentary agreement.
Also share consent letter for change in address and supplymentary agreement format.
Yes prepare supplementary deed ( pay stamp duty ) and file form 3
How to calculate amount of stamp duty. since we have already paid the same during initial agreement.
