Dear Friends,

I have a query regarding llp please give me your valuable time to solve this.

I had read somewhere that LLP can not Hold Property In its own name. is it correct if yes then please provide me with correct section where it is so said

Dear Vidisha,

 

According to me, LLP can hold property in its own name. infact, that is the main point of difference between a normal partnership firm and an LLP

I dont think there is a specific provision which says so. but then , there is also no section which prohibits so.

hence, it is allowed.
