Can Limited Libility Partnership (LLP) become partner of a Partnership Firm

Since an LLP is an artificial person, it has it's own seperate existence. Thus, it can become a partner of a Partnership firm like a natural person.

LLP has its own legan entity. Therefore, it can be the member of Firm.
