In case of Patnership of five people, if a legal heir joins in after the death of one of its partners and one partner introduces his wife as partner removing himself from the partnership, the new partnership deed is made. However one of the old three partners who is an NRI refuses to sign the Partnership deed. What should the remaining partners do?
