The introduction of itt100 hours is introduced to give knowledge of computer to upcoming Ca's,,But whn a instructor(CA)in itt classes does not know computer very well.especially Accouting software..then by telling only purchase/sale entries the game is over..for icai and branch,,The 4000/- rs is wastage,,,,,of money ,,

It is better a students give money to private institution and learn computer and accouting software

No automatically TDS calculation, no servcice tax calculation in tally,,no vat adjustment

it is very easy to fool ipcc students who just completed their cpt and 12 standard,beacuse they nothing know the importance and advance option in tally

But Like us who hve good experience in tally and specially when we know tht various returns can be automatically calculated in Tally

I asked so much question although i already knew the answer ,but only on the behalf of my class mates becoz they still dont know that this can be happen in tally,,

But the Ca who was teaching tally to us was speechless and nothing to say on this

Those students who already know tally (or any other topic) well should understand the fact that ITT students are just IPCC cleared students and they do not know even basic practical accounting. They are raw students who have not attended even a single day in office and have not even posted a single entry in tally. They are teenagers with no practical exposure. Please do not compare yourself with those students if you are well experienced in accounts and tally. Institute keeps in mind that these students do not have practical exposure. Also they come from different parts of country and different backgrounds and so may have different level of exposure to computers.

At IPCC level ITT, they are expected to get familiar with tally i.e creating company, masters, recording transactions, reports and configuration, inventory basics, group, security controls, etc. You can check ITT Module for reference.

When you started learning tally did you start using payroll, statutory features like tds/gst within first 20 hours of learning tally? I am sure you didn't. Those features are expected to be learnt at Advanced ITT and not at IPCC level ITT Course. I can not comment on faculty selection but ICAI has systems for quality and they also replace faculties based on student reviews. I hope you are too much experienced but still in IPCC and trying to compare yourself with entry level students. Just make up your mind that you are senior, you know the things better and so let ICAI teach other students who are freshers and for whom ITT is actually meant for.
