Leave Credit plzz help

Hi. I will be completing my articleship on 14/09/2010. i have leave credit of 3 months.(1/6 th total no of days including leave - leave taken).

So on 15th June when iam going for leave should i terminate my articleship and go on on leave

or I have to ask my employer to let me go on leave and then terminate my articleship on 14/09/2010.

Can he stop me from going on leave even if i have leave credit.
