18 December 2009The important chapter of LEASING is giving me trouble in SFM/MAFA
Various approaches have been taken for various problems.
Some questions use Post-Tax Kd, some use Ke and some use WACC..
Isnt there a fixed guideline?? somewhere Interest Tax shield has been taken. Somewhere its ignored.
I am totally confused. Help

Sonia,
I think u shud take help of ur colleages n frens.. coz ur doubt can be cleared only wid specific question..
We cant say specific procedure to solve all da questions coz there are different assumptions taken in different questions..
so if u hv any specific question den i can try to gv da reason..

I'm using SD Bala's book
ALso, in some questions, Post Tax Salvage Value is taken........and in some question its PRe Tax.......!!
