I dont know where are you from .But this is kartik from Pune.I was in a dilemma for my May 2011 attempt for law classes ,as jayraman sir also teaches in pune .however at the right time i came to know about practical cases being asked which are not all being covered in jayraman sir's notes.i was adviced by my brother's friend to join law at Excellent Professional academy of  nilamkumar bhandari sir. believe me he is the best. i hv read the post herein , no doubt munish bhandari book is also good , but i have nilamkumar bhandari sir's notes and have seen  munish bhandari also.the notes of nilamkumar bhandari sir for law are the one of the best .there is separate book for practical case laws  only .you can buy his notes and case laws book .........

i have finished my law studies completely once along with practical case laws

After this for final touch refer scanner with ICAI suggested.

I agree with the other students who suggested Munish Bhandari.....

I too referred the Handbook of Munish Bhandari and found it too good.

U may also refer the Scanner / Complier to get the correct anwers to the questions asked by the Institiute in the exams.

    I am also on the same track. For ethics and communication Padhuka is enough though a glance in institute material is very much essential, i am telling this because of the gandhi's Social sins asked this time. G.K. Kapoor's book which i follow is good in practical but for provisions you have to go through study material. now it has been twice we have studied laws now it will be easy for us to go through the institute material, which is I have decided to do so.
