Please tell me if Winding Up is in course or it is deleted from syllabus applicable for may 2012???

Only the general provisions are applicable..Sections 528-560
Companies (second Amendment) Act, 2002 relating to winding up is not applicable However students are adivsed to study only general provisions of winding up as covered under paragraph 9.4 of the study material

Yes, as per Para 9.4, Sec528- 560 are applicable for all winding up..so thats why i suggested them, read Module Page 9.40 to end!
