Law exam presentation query
..I kinda made a mistake by writing the answer as its written in munish bhandari's book like tabular form....will i get marks for that question??.... and in ethics n comm...whatever points written in books ..can we extend and mke our own points???... ...eg. workplace ethics issues- book says self interest etc. but written discrimination and harassment..etc.. plz tell asap

You can't fetch more marks for your tabulor presentation. You will have to write pointwise answer.
Example:-
If you have been asked practical than answer stepwise.
Step 1 - Write provisions related to the case
Step 2 - Write facts of the case
Step 3 - Write conclusion or answer about the case by mixing the step 1 & step 2.
Yes, you can write your own points but only if it related to the answer otherwise not.
Yes, it will be surely marked.
