Law and audit nov 13

Hi,

I am appearing for my final exams in nov 13, and would be on leaves from 1st August. I have not yet started studying for Law and Audit, and have not done a single reading of the entire syllabus. When I started, I got all confused as to how study it, coz there are so many sections and SAS. I have Munish Bhabdari's handbook for law and Surbhi Bansal's for audit. Kindly advise on how to study these two subjects.

I have to study for a/c as well. I was thinking to have a complete study of law, audit n A/c in August month, requiring just a single revison of 2 days each in last week of oct-nov.

Please help.

Thanks,

Anisha.

Hi Anisha,
As per ur post it seems like u r going for group 1 only in Nov-13.
For audit u can refer Urvish Sir's book.
This book will maximum take ur 10 days on a very higher side.
As far as LAW is concerned u can refer Munish Bandhari main book & then u can refer Handbook/PM for ur revision.

Btw i m not sure that whether u will be able to complete three subjects which u r reading first time i.e LAW,audit & FR in 1 month.

So think on ur plan again.

Regards

Thanx Himanshu for ur reply. I wld be studying law and audit for the first time only. For FR I had taken classes from Parveen Sharma Sir and I mostly need to revise it with more stress on Holding Comapny. Therfore, I dont think so dat my plan cannot work. N i am preparing for both groups, for 2nd group DT and IDT has been done.

Regards,

Anisha.

Hi Anisha,

Correct me if i m wrong.

U r going 4 both the group in Nov-13 attempt.

U r going to prepare law & audit for the 1st time and FR,DT & IDT are already done only revision is pending.

But what about  remaining subjects?

As in if u have already done FR and only revision is pending then u can complete three subjects i.e Audit,Law & accounts.

But still it will be little bit difficult. I think u will be short by 3-5 days.

Regarding the other subjects Himanshu, I wont be needing much of time in them. In FR also only 2-3 days of complete study would be enough to prepare the subject. As i have a capacity of sitting for 10 hrs at a strech. N i started law form yesterday itself, it was easy to understand. Overall i tink, i will be able to complete the goal that i have set. Only SFM would need much practice. Regarding SFM, Cost and ISCA i plan to do them in September, and then in october full revision of all the subjects.

Thats gud for you.

Even when i started my preparation i tend to read around 15-18 hours a day depending on my mood.

But the problem lies when a saturation point arrives & there u tend to waste time.

But i hope that it does not happens to you.

And apparently your schedule seems to be perfect.

And i hope its execution too will be gud.
