I read in the recent announcement by the BOS of ICAI that The company Bill 2011, Companes Amendment Act relating to Winding Up and The Provisions relating to SIck Industrial companies is not appicable.
Is it correct? Is it that these chapters are to be excluded while preparing for the exams??
