I AM A CA FINAL STUDENT AND HAV MY ATTEMPT IN NEXT MAY. I JUST WANTED TO ASK HW DO I GO ABOUT PURSUING MY LLB FROM HERE NW, I WONT B ABLE TO GIVE MY LLB EXAM IN NEXT APRIL AND WANT TO GIVE MY LLB 1ST YEAR IN NEXT OCTOBER.
CAN ANY1 GUIDE ME WITH THE IMPLICATIONS OF NOT GIVING EXAMS IN APRIL AND ALSO THE PROCEDURE AS TO HOW DO I GO ABT IT. ALSO CAN ANY1 GUIDE ME AS TO HW D LAW SYSTEM WORKS AS IN IS IT LIKE CA ATTEMPTS OR SEMESTER WISE????
5 years or 3 year................5 years compulsary in samester system but 3 years depand of university.
i wanna do llb (gen) 2 yrs course ne idea abt tat
If you can't take your part in Court....then, what is meaning of this course.......and if you can get complete llb
Degree in three years....why you should go for 02 years ll course.
One my close relative done the same with CA ...Her name is Jyoti and residing in Secunderabad (AP).
BUT I GUESS IN 3RD YEAR U HAVE TO ATTEND SOME TRIALS AND ALL JUST LIKE CA ARTICLESHIP ITS NOT DIRECT EXAMS NA LIKE 2 YEARS GEN LLB????
It is just a pacticle and there is no condition to attend the trails for examinations......these are moot courts.
