For company and business law at PCC level, is it enough to go through only those sections covered in the compilers and suggested answers ? Please help...
Never do that, go through each section via module or read paduka for it.........
i think for LAW study material is gud enough.......
In law more important is that you understand the concept... u cant think getting questions repeat from complier....refer some good notes or go for paduka
Learn sections for important topics only..........as all sections cannot be remembered......Rest prepare all topics with relevant cases..........if any
poadhuka and module is best....
very horrible question. icai is know for its googlies in exam what if nothing is asked from compliers then wats the use of learning section form same. go for good reference book and study it along with compliers.
wising u all the best and rock in pcc.
I THINK PADHUKA IS BEST FOR PCC LEVEL..
CONTENT AND MANNER OF PRESENTATION IS QUIT SUITABLE IN THAT BOOK..
read module first its a bible for law exam, n while revising b4 d xam jus go thru d compiler its more den enough........
For Business law you may select selected or repeatedly asked sections and mention them in exam if asked.
For company law try and learn all the sections as this is very simple and possible subject to your mind set and standard of study.
All the Best
