Latest roc update-declaration for non acceptance of deposits

Dear All,

Registrar of Companies, by virtue of the power granted by Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide circular dated May 29, 2013, may now obtain declaration/affidavits from subscribers/first directors at the time of incorporation of a company and from directors, subsequently whenever the company changes its objects, to the effect that company/directors shall not accept deposits unless the same is in compliance with applicable provisions of Companies Act, 1956; RBI Act, 1934; and SEBI Act, 1992 and rules/directions/regulations made there under and filed with the concerned regulatory authorities.
