I am appearing for June 2014 exams, both modules. kindy help me with regards to my querry - I am 35 at the moment , will it be a problem for me to get internship after passing executive , and finally getting a job.

There may be some difficulty in getting job & internship.But age is not a deciding factor, you will definately get internship & job.So do't worry focus on your studies
Well age is not prima facie factor, but if you have some productive experience with the age then this might rather stand as plus point for you.
