Late filling

Befor complete the procedure for July, ie GSTR1, GST2 and GSTR3 they are charge late fee for GSTR 3B for August. They want only money in any format like IGST, CGST, SGST, Late Fee, Interest, etc. It is shame. Even today itself we cant submit GSTR 1 for the month of August, even after 20 days from the end of month. But they chage late fee.

it is late fee not penalty.

IF YOU LATE IN FILE RETURN OF GSTR 3B AFTER DUE DATE YOU BE PAYBLE 200/- PER DAY , SGST 100, CGST 100

IT'S TRUE BECAUSE I WAS PAID 400/- FOR AUGUST 3B,  ON 23/09/2017
