Late filing of form 10DA

Actually we file form 10DA through offline for the AY 2018-19 we received a intimation from department
deduction U/s 80JJA is not allowed now can we file through online or not
if yes filing type Is original or revised and this leads to late filing of this form

Report of CA which is required to be furnished by the assessee along with the return of income under clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 80JJAA shall be in Form No. 10DA.

There is no provision for filing of delayed report. Mostly you can't file now and claim Deduction.

Sir actually for the AY 2018_19 form 10 DA filed through offline along with ITR filing
is the online filing mandatory for the AY 2018_19

Submit online response accordingly. You must have proof of physical filing. Go with that and meet AO.
