Late fees on GSTR 3B for the m/o Aug. 17

We have submitted GSTR 3B for the month of Aug on 25th Sep but file on today than Now we have submitted GSTR 3B for the month of Sep on today, the portal show the return with Late fees of Rs. 2600/- Act total late fees is Rs. 5200/-

Please suggest how can file GSTR 3B for the m/o Sep

yes you have to pay that late fee after payment only you can file for September

GST again start charging late fee for August month..... Also earlier no late fee increased if return submitted but filed later on... But now for that period it also charge penalty

I agree with Rashmi Gandhi ji and Mahesh ji.... 

Govt has not waived off Penalty for late filing of Aug month Return. It has waived off only for July month return.

The position is JULY - No late fee. AUG - late fee yes. There was some system problem and late fee was not collected for AUG 3B in some cases. Now it is collected along with SEP 3B. A scrolling messag
