We have submitted GSTR 3B for the month of Aug on 25th Sep but file on today than Now we have submitted GSTR 3B for the month of Sep on today, the portal show the return with Late fees of Rs. 2600/- Act total late fees is Rs. 5200/-

GST again start charging late fee for August month..... Also earlier no late fee increased if return submitted but filed later on... But now for that period it also charge penalty

Govt has not waived off Penalty for late filing of Aug month Return. It has waived off only for July month return.
