Late fees on GSTR 3B for the m/o Aug. 17
Message in RED can be seen in the initial page of the Portal before log in
But their technical mistake create problem for genuine dealers.
Sir I paid my late fees for August but it's also shown in Sept. What can I do??
You have to pay that amt. as govt. Charging penalty on difference between date of filing - date of submission
Sir, due to TRAN-1 issue, we were not able to file GSTR-3B for Aug month. Portal allowed to file only on Sep-27. For that, we need to pay a fine of Rs.1400/- now (700 SGST+700 CGST). This is not fair bcos it is a portal technical issue. Pls explain.

and you are also ready for penalty in GSTR1 and 2.
Each return have penalty for Rs200/ per day cgst+sgst up to 10000/-
though GST 3B is not lagitmate form so as far as my concern no penalty should be leived on it
let see what actually done its clear after GST 3
