Mr X has not filed GSTR 3B since July'2017.
Now while filing GSTR 3 till Oct'17 there was no late fees.
But for filing Nov'17 return the system asked for Rs 10,000 fees and we duly paid and filed the return.
Now once again the system shows fees of Rs 10,000 for filing Dec17 month return.
Please suggest what to do?????
The late fee is levied for a particular month in its subsequent month. The same need to be disbursed in the subsequent month only.
Example : If you have filed Nov 17 return after due date and Late fees coming to Rs. 500 then the same need to be disbursed while filing Dec 17 return.
