I m trying to file nov 17 GSTR3B. late fees yet showing. When it will b waived. pl inform

u r trying to file ur nov 3b it means u already filed ur oct 3b and the late fee is being carried forward from ur oct month 3b.... the late fee waiver is for the returns till sept 2018. you r not going to get any benefit from that... u still neex to pay late for from oct 2018 onwards...
