many accountant are not filed GSTR 3B and now govt charging Rs.200/- daily for delay from yesterday...

but in press information, they said they won't charge for 2 months for smooth flow of GST.
This is big burden for business man ...many association are discussing the problem of late fees....good reply will come soon...
