Can we use amount paid through challan as Interest and Fees for payment of future gst ?
Or need to file refund return ?

You Can Use Money which was paid to GST Wallet

Only Head to Head Basis

Or Claim Refund in Future By Filing RFD 01

You can use for your future... no need to take refund ..
but you can utilize in that head only.

will nt need in coming future, so need to take refund.
But if processed for refund, where will be that refunded ? In account or GST wallet under tax head ?
