LAST DATE FOR ITC 01 OF DECEMBER

Sir, i did not file GST Trans-1 for claiming ITC., any information extention Trans -1 date. Plz tel me. 
 

As per CGST RULES 2017 person opting out of composition scheme needs to furnish GST ITC 01 containing details of stock held on the date of filing of intimation with a period of 30 days from the date of intimation.

In your case you have filed intimation on 31/12/2017 last date for filing intimation as per rules 29/01/2018.
