As per GSTR 3B return dates are available 20th, 22nd & 24th as based on turn over & state wise.
check out your eligibility...

That eligibility is finished if you choose monthly filing.

And since he is filing GSTR-3B of January he must have chosen monthly returns

Today itself if you choose monthly filling of GST, if not try in the end of quarter
