Sir,
we are manufacturer of RO Plant and also providing Maintenance Service.
Can we settle Input KKC against our output KKC?
and can we carried forward KKC Credit for Next period also?

Output kkc can be setoff against input kkc only you can carry forward unadjusted KKC to next period

can u please give me Notification No and date under which we can claim KKC Credit to Next Period
I dont have any notification Number for this but you can see the service tax return where there is a seperate column for KKC availment and utilsation like service tax so you can carry forward the same to next period
There is no need for a separate notification for this, you can always claim input credit for cess.
