KPMG is not registered to do Audit work is fine, but however KPMG carried out Audit work through BSR & Co. so why can't KPMG restate the accounts of Satyam through BSR & Co.?

Both the firms under the same Management, even though separately registered. I think BSR & Co has got KPMG as partner it seems!!!!
ya management is same so y does'nt BSR & Co. carries out Satyam Audit ??? If KPMG is refused then let BSR & Co. Audit Satyam, i wanna know wats the reason Brahmayya has been given Satyam, it should be BSR & Co. - i understand there will be some genuine reason, i wanna know that reason.
