what notification?sorry I am completely ignorant of it.does this mean CPT grads ca start articleship even if they fail grp-1 as long as they complete ITT n OT?

As per Notification(though pending for approval from Union Govt), Graduates can directly start their Articleship without writing CPT but Studens who have passed CWA/CS Inter though direclty qualified to join ipcc without writing cpt they can only join Articleship after passing 1st group of IPCC.

All this is applicable only after formal approval from union govt.
