Our comany a manufacturing unit, has closed the operations in Kerala and now wants to surrender the VAT registration. The VAT assessment is not over.
Can we surrender the registration, pending assessment?
what is the procedure.

i am also having the same issue now. i want to cancel my registration. when i enquired in the sale tax office they told me to do it online. i cant find anything like that in thir site. can you please help me if you had done it.
