Is there any software to generate Sales & Purchase annexures as per Karnataka efiling (in XML format)
please send tha same
There are many softwares available. To mention one among them is RELYON. A KVAT compliant software for e-filing under KVAT Act.

Thanks for info chandrakanth...
I got demo from my Tally service partner in which Tally data will directly get exported to both Excel template (which is given by the dept) and also in XML format (as per the department format) in Tally.ERP 9.
Also i am able to upload the data in commercial tax website without much confussion..

Can you please let me know as Is there any compulsion to upload the purchase & sales details to Karnataka VAT web site.???
It is not complusory as per the ACT or Rule.
