Justification on issue of shares at a premium

Limited Scrutiny has been initated for issuance of shares at a premium...

The issue raised in the notice is as under:

Whether the funds received in the form of share premium are from disclosed sources and have been correctly offered for tax.

Plz advise how to go forward about it.
