July GSTR 1 late fees ??
If i file GSTR 1 month of july after 30 Nov., so any late fees will create or not ??

no late fees. Is is waived.
No but late fee for Oct charged...
which return ??
October 3B due on 20 Nov, after that late fee has been charged.

There will be no late fees levied. You can fill GSTR-1 of july month up to 31 dec 2017.
