Json file of gstr 2 unable to open

Itoo faced the same problem.  A techincal exert from GSTN clarified me that they are going to issue a tool ofr conversioin in a day or two.  Please wait.

it is better to wait for the offical verrsion of the tool rahter than suing the unoffical tools and end up in errors correction of which takes much time

which manual and where it is available

unable to open .json file..what to do? how to open this file? there is gstr1 offline utility but no offline utility for gstr2...
