what will be the journal entry in journal.

If on permanent basis then treated as salary expense or if for special contract than treat as fees...
if you are only hiring someone then no need to pass any Journal entry. JE will be pass at the end of the month if he/she is working as employee. In that case you have to provide for his/her salary basis. If he/she is working as a Professional then JE would be pass as Professional Fees.
