Sir, I am a farmer producing JOJOBA SEEDS in my own agricultural land. The purchaser of these Jojoba seed is now saying that he has to pay GST on purchases of these Jojoba seeds from the farmer.
Kindly confirm whether GST is applicable in such case. I have requested him that on Agriculture production GST is not applicable.
