A LTD & B LTD ENTER INTO A JOINT VENTURE AB LTD... MY QUERY IS..... WHETHER THE CASH RECEIPTS OF AB LTD CAN BE UTILIZED BY A LTD OR B LTD... OR IT BELONGS SOLELY TO THE JV AB LTD.... THANKS IN ADVANCE

Its will depend upon the agreement beetwen them whether the Joint venture receipt will be retained in the name of JV or will be distributed....
