i am doing job work in embroidery from delhi and punjab how i make bill for it cos transporter and courier want pakka bill so what is the meaning of pakka bill

They want Tax Invoice...
In your case under Inter state service (also i think you ll do it works contract). So, you ll issue Tax invoice.

You doing interstate supply interstate supply needs gst registration. So get registered your business and issue 5% rate invoice for embroidery tax invoice is pakka bill

You must register for GST if you are undertaking interstate supply. Therefore, register your firm and send out 5%-rate pakka bills for your embroidered tax.
